I know we’ve been slacking on the writing content recently, and there are a myriad of reasons for that. Our bad.
Let’s call this the time where we’re all recharging our batteries, but let me hit you with some stuff right quick for you to digest:
- Ryan Spooner – the best Ranger of all-time or the greatest Ranger of all-time?
- Vladdy Namestnikov – where have you been all my life, bro?
- I will be riding hard for The Mother Russia line this summer and I need you to get on board with that.
- Rob O’Gara is likely not going to be part of the Rangers long-term outlook, but he can be useful in Hartford.
- I still think Marc Staal is getting bought out this summer.
- Talk of “who the next Rangers captain will be” is already the least important talking point Rangers fans will be caught talking about over the next six months.
- With that said, if Zuccarello is still on this team after the draft, he’s your captain.
- Jimmy Vesey will not be a Ranger in 2018-19.
- Alain Vigneault is responsible for Vesey’s lack of development.
- If Alain Vigneault is still this team’s head coach come draft day, some really nasty things will be said in written space and on the podcast.
- I have no idea who will win the NCAA Tournament this year.
- Syracuse shouldn’t be in the tournament.
- I’m feeling cautiously optimistic about the Mets over 81.5 wins this year.
- I still have a deep distrust for Matthew Harvey.
